Step 1. Form Completion

Before the consultation all the questionnaires should be completed in your own time.

 

These include:

 

• General information

• Par-Q

• Physical history

• Personal preferences

Step 2. Consultation

The free consultation is an opportunity to go over your questionnaires. The consultation can also be used as an opportunity to simply have a chat and see if you like the Innate studio's environment and equipment that will be available to you. You may even want to have a try out some of the equipment, so wearing gym gear on arrival would be preferred.

How to book the consultation?

You can book your free consultation through the booking system located on the main toolbar within the Innate Fitness app.

Step 3. Membership

If the consultation went well and you wish to proceed further, then purchasing a membership that suits your needs and wants is required. Once the membership is purchased you can then book an initial personal training session and move forward with the process.

How to purchase the membership?

Purchasing a membership can be accessed through the profile section on the main tool bar within the app. You can then select memberships which will then allow you to decide and select the correct membership for you.

Step 4. Initial Personal Training Sessions

If you purchased the silver or gold membership which includes personal training, your initial sessions will not be used to push you to your limits. The most important aspect of an exercise routine is repeatability, ensuring that you enjoy your weekly routine whilst making consistent progress.

If you have purchased a bronze membership you will have the ability to book unlimited gym sessions. If you need some sort of help, the app has some programmes to help you get started.

Step 5. Progression

As months pass you will progress, as long as you work in conjunction with your personal trainer or follow a programme, as well as the information provided in the rest of the Innate archive, you will progress. 

 

Tracking performance over a period of months will indicate what steps are required to move forward and change. Whether you are being personally trained or using some of the Innate programmes you can track your progress through trends. This can be found through the profile section on the main tool bar.
