Innate Fitness has no long term fixed contract and provides you the freedom to upgrade, downgrade or cancel you membership at your own will. Since Innate Fitness' payments are managed by Apple and Google, the memberships are treated just like any app purchase. Once the membership has been changed it will take into affect on the following month.

The silver and gold memberships provides one personal training session per month, allowing you to progress and develop over that month individually. With the assistance of the Innate Fitness app as your secondary trainer, the app will provide you with your own custom personalised programme, with video demonstrations, your own repetitions, sets, weight and rest, that will be programmed by your instructor when going through the initial programme.
