About Me

Hi, I’m Joshua and I’m level 3 qualified personal trainer. My passion for exercise has grown from a young age. The more I’ve learnt from text books, videos and self practice, the more I realise the importance of continuous self improvement. After years of physical training, I seem to be drawn towards the practice of bodyweight movements in exercise, which I feel is an overlooked practice having stood the test of time, since the days of the ancient greeks in the early forms of gymnasiums. I also have great interest in the historic practice of physical exercise, leading up to the early silver era of bodybuilding, due to the less dogmatic approach to physical exercise which I feel is more practical, applicable and relatable to daily life.

This is where the unknown begins for my career and life, providing people with the potential to improve themselves physically. I would be honoured if you gave me the opportunity to help you with your journey whilst improving mine, allowing us both to move forward and improve each others lives.

About The Studio

The Innate Fitness Studio has a range of versatile equipment to suit most people ranging from beginners to intermediates.

Opening a fitness studio is something that’s been very important to me, It allows me to create an environment for people that feel welcome, through a process that provides enough freedom to use it as your own personal gym, with the ability to develop your own independence, with health and fitness guidance along the way.

  • Dumbbells ranging from 2.5kg-30kg (Increasing in 2.5kg increments)

  • 3 Benches

  • 205kg in weight plates
