Innate Fitness is a gym and personal training studio that has an exclusive workout space for a maximum of 3 people per session. Whether you’re someone that’s a beginner and would like some privacy, or someone who likes to get their head down in the gym with minimal interruptions. Innate Fitness could be the studio for you.

The Philosophy Of Innate Fitness

Innate's primary focus is to help you and others discover and develop your own innate ability within fitness, with the intention to reach your set goals, and unlock your innate potential. 

 

Innate Fitness intends to go against the grain, attempting to educate our members progressively, to the point where you need little to no guidance within the gym. Our end goal is to provide you with a better understanding of your needs within fitness, allowing you to assess your own physical requirements through foundational practices and methods.

With the correct environment, programming and approach to exercise I hope to turn your weekly exercise into something you look forward to, rather than a potential dread or reluctance.

The Innate Fitness Studio has a range of versatile equipment to suit most people ranging from beginners to intermediates.

Opening a fitness studio is something that’s been very important to me, It allows me to create an environment for people that feel welcome, through a process that provides enough freedom to use it as if it's your own personal gym. With the ability to develop your own independence with health and fitness guidance along the way.

The Studio's Equipment

  • Smith Machine/Squat Rack (Dip bar/landmine attachments)

  • Cable Machine

  • Leg Extension/Curl Machine

  • Dumbbells ranging from 2.5kg-30kg (Increasing in 2.5kg increments)

  • 3 Benches

  • Safety Squat Bar

  • Hex Bar

  • 205kg in weight plates

About Me

Find Out About The Owner And PT Of Innate Fitness

Hi, I’m Joshua and I’m level 3 qualified personal trainer. My passion for exercise has grown from a young age. The more I’ve learnt from text books, videos and self practice, the more I realise the importance of continuous self improvement. After years of physical training, I seem to be drawn towards the practice of bodyweight movements in exercise, which I feel is an overlooked practice having stood the test of time, since the days of the ancient greeks in the early forms of gymnasiums. I also have great interest in the historic practice of physical exercise, leading up to the early silver era of bodybuilding, due to the less dogmatic approach to physical exercise which I feel is more practical, applicable and relatable to daily life.

This is where the unknown begins for my career and life, providing people with the potential to improve themselves physically. I would be honoured if you gave me the opportunity to help you with your journey whilst improving mine, allowing us both to move forward and improve each others lives.
