You start by completing the exercise-preference form, and we may have a brief chat so I can build a programme that suits you.

We walk through your plan in person, make sure everything makes sense, and get you set up with the right technique from day one.

Step 3

You go through the programme on your own, but I’m always around if you forget something or need a hand. The aim here is getting into a solid training rhythm.

You log your sessions in the app each week, giving you a clear picture of your progress and helping me fine-tune things during your PT sessions.

I know joining a new gym can feel daunting, so I want to reassure you. Everything at Innate is built around you. This isn’t a place where you’re crammed into sessions or given a one-size-fits-all plan. Every member gets a programme and coaching designed specifically for them, around their goals, their life, and what works for them. You have the freedom to train at your own pace, but whenever you need guidance, a check-in, or a little boost of confidence, I’m right there with you.

For Silver and Gold members, we also do monthly reviews to track progress and refine your programme. It’s all about making sure you move forward in a way that’s realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable training that fits your life, not the other way around.
