The Gold Membership is ideal if you and a training partner want ongoing guidance, structure, and accountability, while keeping the flexibility to train independently.

You’ll train in our small, semi-private environment with a maximum of three people per session, supported by monthly one-to-one personal training for each member. Each of you will have your own personalised programme, progress tracked individually, and the freedom to train at different times. This is a joint membership in payment only, not in schedule or programme.

Gold includes personalised training programmes and personal training sessions for both members, all delivered through the Innate App, giving you clear direction, ongoing support, and a simple way to track progress individually.
